I ordered 1 harness and it was great but a little large. I placed a 2nd order a month ago, was charged and havenāt received the harness. I have sent 3 separate emails to get an update and havenāt gotten a response at all . I all assuming Iāve lost my money, and no one can afford that in this economy.
Descent quality. My pup is 4 months old and growing fast. The customization is just printing on a strip that attaches via velcro; but the attachment is bigger than the velcro space so it looks a little weird. The name strip should be the same size as the velcro so that they line up perfectly and won't fall off.
